Dylan Farrow wants to bring down Woody Allen

Dylan Farrow doesn’t care if Woody Allen gets taken down by her continued claims he sexually abused her.

The 32-year-old daughter of Mia Farrow and Allen told Gayle King in an upcoming interview on “CBS This Morning” that she is telling the truth — and is willing to bring down the famed director for his alleged actions.

“Someone said this to me, ‘She wants to bring Woody Allen down. She’s caught up in the #MeToo, Time’s Up movement and this is really what she’s trying to do is bring him down,’” King said.

Farrow replied: “Why shouldn’t I want to bring him down? Why shouldn’t I be angry? Why shouldn’t I be hurt? Why shouldn’t I feel some sort of — outrage that after all these years being ignored and disbelieved and tossed aside?”

King then proceeded to ask why people should believe her now, after all these years.

“I suppose that’s on them, but all I can do is speak my truth and hope that someone will believe me instead of just hearing,” Farrow said.

Farrow first made her accusations in 1992, following her mother Mia’s discovery that Allen was involved in a relationship with her adopted daughter, Soon-Yi Previn.

Years later in 2014, Dylan again wrote an open letter reiterating the allegations Allen abused her, which he labeled “untrue and disgraceful.”

Several people have took a stance against Allen in recent months, particularly in the wake of the #MeToo movement, during which women have started to feel more capable of sharing their stories of sexual harassment, assault and rape.
